Maleic anhydride wax improve compatibility M66

1. Introduction

Maleic Anhydride Grafted Wax M66 is grafted with maleic anhydride on the carbon chain of Polyethylene Wax under the action of an initiator. Due to the introduction of polar anhydride groups on the non-polar carbon chain, grafted polyethylene wax has better performance and application than polyethylene wax.

3. Application 

a. Color masterbatch, filler masterbatch, modified masterbatch, etc. It’s a high-efficiency dispersant, a small amount of addition can significantly improve the dyeing and lacquer performance of dyes, improve surface finish;

b. Polyolefin materials, polar polymer materials. It has excellent resolution of compatibility, improve the adhesion with other materials;

c. Used in wood, glass fiber, calcium carbonate,mica, aluminum hydroxide and other inorganic powders, improve the compatibility and adhesion of resin and filler interface, improve the techanical properties and thermal resistance of composites;

d. Nylon processing. It has good internal lubrication property and can improve adhesion, has a strong bonding strength.

4. Package and storage

Maleic anhydride grafted PE wax is packed in kraft paper or PE woven bag with internal plastic bags with 25KG each net weight.

It must not be drenched by rain and scorched by sun. It can be stored for two years.
